Ladies group

The Group started out as ‘Young Wives’ at St Mark’s Church in 1966. Eventually we moved to the Community Centre and now have our meetings at 8pm in the Lower Hall on the 2nd Tuesday of each month (with the exception of August).

We have had many interesting and informative speakers over the years together with Social events plus a Summer Outing.

We try to appeal to all our members and here are some of the varied topics our speakers have covered in the past:-

We are a friendly sociable group of around 50 members, and new members are always welcome. Visitors are also welcome to attend any of our meetings, for a small £3 charge.
